Once payment has been made(paypal, bank transfer or cash), an email confirmation of the tickets (from promoter) will be sent to you
Tickets will be sent out special delivery as soon as I received from promoter or can be picked up
In the unlikely event of the concert being cancelled a full refund will be granted on receipt of the tickets undamaged
